Department of Northern Studies and Arctic Studies

The Department of Northern Studies and Arctic Studies implements the international activities of the Institute and organizes the work of the Rector of the Institute in the working group "Culture" of the Northern Forum.

• implementation of cooperation agreements with foreign partner universities;
• organization and support of paperwork for international students;
• organization of the Institute's participation in international educational exhibitions;
• building cooperation among the participants of the Arctic Consortium for the Development of Culture, Art and Creative Industries;
• assistance in the implementation of Russian and international academic mobility programs for research and teaching staff and students, including for the purposes of joint scientific research, creative and socio-humanitarian projects;
